Data protection
Data transmitted through golikesilk.com is protected via TLS/HTTPS. The server and webspace for golikesilk.com are provided and managed by Keyweb AG. The only server location is Germany.
Go like Silk OG will not share your personal data supplied to us – for example via online forms on golikesilk.com or with a (paper) registration form – with any third parties. Those who provide their data to us – such as website users or those interested in participating in a workshop – do so voluntarily.
We use such personal data only in connection with requests (for example to answer your questions by replying to your e-mail address) and for the purposes of our events, including contacting you and creating related documents (such as quotes, invoices and participant lists for workshops).
The staff of Go like Silk OG alone is responsible for the storage and use of this data. Unauthorised persons do not have access to it.
Cookies
Our website uses only technically necessary cookies, e.g. for selecting the language in which to display the site. These cookies are assigned to the domain golikesilk.com and can be fully deleted in the usual ways (e.g. by clearing the browser cache). We do not use any tracking cookies.
Website tracking
When you visit our site, we store the website from which you visited us from, the parts of our site that you visit, the date and duration of your visit, your anonymised IP address, information from the device (device type, operating system, screen resolution, language settings, country you are located in and web-browser type) you use during your visit etc. We process this usage data in Matomo Analytics – an open-source analytics tool that is respectful of user data, ownership and privacy – for statistical purposes and to improve our website.
Opt out of website tracking
Our website tracking (anonymously with Matomo as described above) respects your browser’s ‘do not track’ setting. Additionally and if you haven’t already, you can explicitly opt out of being tracked. To do this, please uncheck the checkbox below.
